2010-2011 Southern Nevada Courses

Coaching education course dates have been set in Las Vegas!  The "E" license course will be offered August 19-21, 2011.  The "D" license course is going to be offered August 26-28 and September 9-11.  Both courses will be offered through NYSA and taught by Dean Wurzberger.

Dean is the all-time winningest coach in University of Washington men's soccer history.  He spent nearly two decades building the Husky program into one of the nation's finest.  Fielding teams that annually competed for conference and national championships Wurzberger compiled an overall record of 220-112-41.  Under his tutelage, the Huskies reached the NCAA tournament 11 times in 15 years including back-to-back second round appearances in 2006 & 2007.  Wurzberger has been a staff instructor for US Soccer since 1988 and is actively involved in national and state coaching education and licensing programs at all levels.  Wurzberger recently earned the prestigious UEFA "A" coaching license issued by the English Football Association.  He also holds "A" coaching license certificates from the Scottish Football Association and United States Soccer Federation.
